We wanted to let you all know that Pain Matrix has now gone almost entirely to online consultations via Skype. We are following both federal and local requirements for our essential admissions whether they be infusion therapies or operating theatre procedures. We have plans and countermeasures in place to manage both the difficult times ahead in the next few weeks and the recovery period later this year which will also come in time.
We want to reassure you all as our patients and referring doctors that Pain Matrix is committed to our mission of providing excellent care to pain patients and making sure that wherever possible they are kept out of hospitals, emergency departments and GP surgeries. We have no plans to shut down at this point, and even plan to work from home if necessary. We can be contacted by phone or email, and important updates will be communicated by our website as well.
