Mary is an experienced pain and musculoskeletal physiotherapist and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and the Australian Pain Society.
Her educational background includes a BAppSc in Physiotherapy, Graduate Diploma of Manipulative Therapy at Latrobe University, and a Masters of Science in Medicine (Pain Management) from the University of Sydney.
Having previously worked in acute and rehabilitation hospitals and in private practice, Mary developed an interest in helping people overcome barriers to leading an active life due to pain. Since 2010 her clinical work has focused on chronic pain management. Mary was a Senior Physiotherapist in the Pain Management Unit at University Hospital Geelong Barwon Health and then at Epworth Waurn Ponds before more recently coming on board with Pain Matrix. Mary also works as a clinical advisor to the WorkSafe Clinical Panel.
